For Busking? or "Blaining"

You need to be alot more specific; give more detail about yourself and what you want to do...

prompts?

I know Caffinator's comments were being a smart Alec. However, I have seen that t shirt and find it really offensive. The very reason we get hassled by cops is because people in the U.S. are not familiar with busking, so we get mistaken for beggars.

I am NOT a beggar. I work entertaining people, my stage happens to be outside on a street instead of in Carnegie Hall. My hat line brings this out when I say "if you have forgotten about your worries and bills and have enjoyed yourself for this time, I have done my job. Now is the time to drop some folding green into my hat. Thank you."

Just so you know I hardly wear that shirt, and when I do it is usually covered up by my jacket.

Ultimate transpo - on BTP (I like to vary the move and *steal* it from spectators closed hands, like Brad Christian on E's CC ((even thogh he's a fool))

2 card monte - BTP

Ambitiouse Card - BTP

These are three simple but strong effects and are all good for street magic, you can learn them all on Born To Preform, by Oz Pearlman wich can be brough on this site. You also learn alot of other stuff.

Another tip i'd give is vary these tricks a bit to make them your own.

Good luck.

ah depends on the situation imo. Are you hitting and running? like find 1-3 people preforming then jetting? if so i beleive sponge balls are great, easly to conceal and not expose the secret/get caught if theres like only 1-5 people your showing...any larger than that will require alot more misdirection, angles, and over all you just gotta be more careful.

personally i think the Supersharpie is a greatmentalist street magic trick, and if your intrested cheak out the book 13 steps, the first step "swamis" will have alot of variations of tricks you can do with the SS gimmick.

Stripper deck is alright too comparing it looks like a normal un-gimmicked deck, and its pretty visual, cheak these items out.
