Im not sure what size they are but i have the ones that came with Sponge dvd. I think they are 2 inches. they are a pretty good size not too big cause then they could see it, not too small- just right!

Depends on you yourself as well as who you're performing for. I prefer 2" + water.

Adding water to them makes them grow slightly larger.

I like 1 1/2 or 2". Either one is good.

2" works best for me. They are small enough to fit in my hands, and yet they're big enough for everyone to see them.

I could use the 2 inch, but I find the 1.5 inch are best for me. Also, I do the sponges with girls and kids who don't have big hands.

I use 1.5" Regular (Not super soft) sponges. They just feel better to me. Who knows, they're jsut what I use. Oh, and they're red.

4" super soft. I tried the 4" regular but that seemed to big for my hands but the super soft works fine, VERY visible.
