Man, for some reason I keep confusing Sirbrad and DBaker. (Which may be flattering to them both!)

Yeah, I wish someone would ban a lot of these penguins who take no care to read the rules. I feel that if you have time to get on here, accept or decline help and post, you should have time to read the rules.

Problem is, you can't ban someone who apparently hasn't read the rules because there's no way to know for sure whether they've read them or not ...
... you can only ban them for not obeying and following them.

Penguin won't ban for not following contest rules as they have nothing to do with it. They only ban if absolutely necessary because it would cost them money, unless the person banned never bought anything.

I've mentioned this many, many times.
Mods have to follow up on quoted posts ... what good does it do to delete the original if the same thing shows up a few or several posts down or on a following page ! ?

I know his name, and it's certainely not "beloved fallen soldier".

Brad, he WAS back - unless you know something I don't. :? His last incarnation was banned about a month ago.
