O.K. here is a thread I came across on the Magiccafe. Don't get discouraged. Even though most pros on Penguin(who are also members of the cafe) tell the younger kids not to busk, here you go-

I agree with most of what was said, especially the "Bring a parent" part. A member of Penguin (fallingblood) was assaulted and robbed after busking, so don't take it too lightly. Always stick with an adult, always during the daytime.

Work on your routine, and be sure to read a few books on showmanship. Being a good PERFORMER is half the battle, you can't be a good magician without it.

Yes, bring an adult with you. But if you suck at performing, busking isn't good for you.

Cena freak? Alright, we're going to have to have a nice long talk about just how irritating John Cena is. We may even have to pull up one of the oldschool WWE threads. I'll let it slide for now.

The reason most people say that younger people shouldn't busk is simply for safety reasons. As JT said, I was recently stabbed and robbed while busking. I came out lucky, as other buskers have had much worse. It can be very dangerous, especially for a younger person.

Also, it takes awhile to learn all of the information that you need to be successful at busking. You have to be a great performer, you have to be able to deal successfully with buskers, you have to know how to control a crowd, etc. It's a hard job to do. And many younger people simply aren't well read enough or experienced enough to busk successfully.

Thanks Fallingblood, what you said is true. But I can do that ( not to be cocky) I have NEVER seen a busker here in Memphis. It depends on the performer.

Or maybe WWF style, we'll have "The People's Talk"
about why John Cena and his "marine" thing is toooopid.

But what everyone else is saying is true. You should always have an older person with you at all times.

As for WWE, 'Taker can't really be banished, they'd lose mucho money...
