Hi, I really like the look and feel of the walking libery half dollars (I have 2) I also have 2 Kennedy half dollars. I prefer the walking liberties over Kennedys no doubt.

But, do they make shells for walking liberty's? or jumbo coins?

... How many half dollars of the same type do you need? is 5 plenty? i only know 1 trick that uses 7 coins and its from paul greens "in the trenches" i think its called flying eagles... but i have replaced that with winged silver. So do you know any "good" coin routines that use more than 5 coins?

I went to the bank and got 10 halfs for 5 dollars. More halfs then I will ever need. I then found some unminted never been used halfs in one of those see all the coins from this year type of book, so now I have 6 unminted, never been used kennedy halves, from 1976-1990, give or take a year.

Paul Green's routine is the only routine I know that uses more than 5 coins. Some Matrix routines use more, depending on how you want to end it.

Whenever I go to the bank they only have like 1 half. I baught 3 dozen just recently because I cycle through them pretty quickly. I had an interview for a walkaround job and I did that misers dream trick from sankeys greatest hits and i gave them all away. I got the job. but if you are looking for an expanded half shell, get troy hoosers shellraiser. its 20$ and comes with an expanded half shell. but penguin sells them pretty quickly. have fun

If you want an expanded half shell, go to NathanKranzo.com and get his shells. They are simply marvelous.

Big tip: The shell that comes with the Shellraiser dvd IS Nathan Kranzo's ultra versitale shell. So, for five bucks more you get a great dvd with 10 or 11 solid tricks as taught by the one and only troy hooser. Plus two AMAZING bonus performances that WILL blow you away. I was stunned and fooled the first time that I watched both of them.

Also, the shell is pretty legit. Just be very careful when you first get it to see which of your halves will fit. Otherwise you'll have to do some rather dangerous prying.
