The poor boy who still lives with his mom
Watching exposure on youtube.com
When he sees some magic that's not half bad
It's Gregory Wilson in a penguin magic ad.
So he types it into his address bar
Thinking Maybe with penguin I'll become a star
When the website loads he wants to scream
Charging money for tricks like the misers dream.
How can they charge so much when this is all free?
Out of the corner of my eye, what's this I see?
The forum link, maybe they can explain
Why people pay money for an appearing cane
So he makes a username, CheesCurd
And he asks why people pay money for things like the Hummingbird
Then he gets an answer, from an arrogant peer
Who tells him go back to E, we don't want you here
Tears appear in his eyes as he runs away,
What did I do wrong, what did I say?
Did he not know about the free tricks on youtube?
And how you could make your own dollar bill tube
When he looks up, he sees, through the tears in his eyes
There are replys from some of the nicer penguin guys
There was even one from the maker of Poetry Reading
which even came with a nice little greeting.
They said that he was stealing
When he looked up how to do card on ceiling
they told him to stop, and he said ok.
But that wasn't all they had to say.
They told him to buy Born to Perform
And to work on having really good form.
That kid grew up, and stuck with his mission
Now at a show in Vegas, he's the headlining magician.
I like this one......................
