What kind of coins do you use? I know about Kennedy Half dollars. But I want to know more about other coins like Liberty Half dollars and Barber Half dollars, etc. Thanks!

Walking Liberty Halfs are beautiful coins. They are my first choice simply because of their elegance. Kennedy's are okay, but people don't even see them much anymore so if I have to use my own anyway rather than borrow them, I'd rather use the prettier ones. Barbers are good for "Three Fly" routines as they have much less pattern and are typically worn nearly smooth. Not much to look at, but they perform well.

Use for what? For practicing and showing off I use custom made art coins available from places like here:

http://www.osbornecoin.com/?gclid=CKDvp ... xgodBEnaKQ (It can be expensive though so find a few friends who need some too and then split the cost and coins)

and at other times I like to use half dollars (Kennedys), unless the trick requires specific coins...

I love Walking Liberties. But I have started to us the presidential coins for acts because they have started circulating.

when I perform, I always have 2 coin purses with me. one is an economy purse with a copper silver coin, a copper coin, and a silver coin. my other purse has a walking liberty, kennedy half, and a sacaguwea coin. I do alot of one coin routines so if I have only one person where I can spend the time to examine a coin, I use a walking liberty, but more than 3 people I use a sacaguwea coin since almost everyone has seen it and doesent need it examined.

I am like Fletch. I use Walking Liberties unless I am doing a trick where I'll give a half away. Then I use Kennady's.

I absolutely Loooooooove my barber half dollars. They are silent as ninjas.hahaha. Well you get the idea. I can do so many things with my barber's that I can't do with my kennedy's. But if i'm doing something that doesn't require soft coins or isn't enhanced in someway from using soft coins then I'll just stick with kennedys. Or if i'm doing shell work because I don't have a barber shell (yet) but I do have a kennedy shell.

I also use british pennies for various tricks that require two different coins. And I have one eisenhower dollar for different random things. I want to get some soft morgan dollars sometime as well. But i'm pretty happy with what I've got.

I love to use Walking Liberties. Sometimes, I will also throw in Chinese coins. For copper coins, I like to use either English Pennies or King George Pennies. For 3 Fly, I use soft Morgan Dollars.

AAAUUURRGGGG!!!! Oh and I forgot to put another one on my list. I use washers for charming chinese challenge because it goes with my story line. I dont use too many foreign coins because it takes away from the show having everybody wanting to examine the coins and calling out. so I removed the chinese coins and replaced them with washers haha
