I was reading the back of Live at the Jailhouse and it says, "Kozno performs: Sweet'N Low Suprise [A Sealed Sugar Packet Vanishes and is Re-Produced inside a Sealed Sugar Packet] [Exp.]

Well the effect is a dollar is torn, a quarter of it is given to some one to hold, the rest is vanished, and it appears inside a sealed sugar packet of a specs choice :D
