Its not the tricks you have, but the way you present them and the entertainment value you provide that make the magic at a child's birthday party.

Those are great tricks and you should be able to make some great kid routines out of them.

You should add in a few 'funny' wands (i.e. nesting wands, breakaway wand, inflatable wand), they add so many more laughs to each trick.

I wont post an opinion on the effects themselves. I will how ever say please be creative with all of them as they are stock props. I have seen so many bad performances with d-lights, don’t just throw them back and forth because after 10 seconds it gets real old.

A local magician in our area has a really cute children's routine involving sponge balls and the d'lites.

I use a 10 minute sponge ball routine in my show. I'm trying to make it longer, but I'm just running out of things to do with them.

I know! But, the kids I perform to just can't get enough of them. :lol:

you could link your own sponge ball routine into Greg Wilson's sponge napkin's with the sponge balls.. just a thought
