5) Thought transmitter (yes I know it is a gimmick, but I love it!)

reading minds, like to divine a word, name or number from the person. They write it down "so that if we need to, we can show it around and everyone will know what it was".

Fair enough. I thought you might've had a different creative idea. Bicycle12, what do you mean by effect? It could be "Osterlind's Design Duplication" or it could be any "Drawing Duplication"
Do you want a specific, marketed effect or do you want a type of mental effect?

I simply mean a trick. I thought that some of the mentalists here would get mad at me if I said trick though. They tend to like to refer to mentalism as effects.

hahaha, I bet some of them would get mad. I tend to refer to my tricks as effects because I think it sounds more professional. Instead of "here comes a kid (though I'm not a kid) performing a magic trick" it is "here comes a guy performing a magic effect". Sounds better to me.
