Have a bit of a problem when I try to go into classic palm as I make a fist and then putting my hand flat on the table.

Any excercises for this or just keep on trying

The problem with learning from DVDs that they just tell you to do it but dont go into the details on the finer points

my two solutions. 1) read the books 2) watch david roth do the classic palm! I can do a classic palm now with my hand about 97% flat on a table with my fingers spread.

What coins are you using? I think all you really need is more practice. Best way to practice is to palm while your going through your daily routine. Try to palm coins while you are typing, writing, brushing your teeth, cooking, ect.

I am using quarters. I wanna learn it with quarters so I can always be ready.
My classic palm is about as good (or bad ggg) as my DL. It works good about 85% of the time Unfortunately the trick would be ruined about 2 times in 10

When I practice the first 2-3 minutes its terrible then it gets better, but sometimes it seems to come and go. Now I am talking about making a fist and then putting the hand on the table - not just keeping the coin in the palm
Some other problem I had is that when I wiggle my thumb I feel it coming out of position

Was wondering it this is an easy thing to do or have others had difficulty with it as well

Start practice with a palming coin. It did help for me.

Now I almost completely lost it

I was practicing it like 2-3 hours a day for a couple of weeks straight.

Now my hand is hurting.

That is my cue to take a bit of a break, right?
