It is pretty much a vertical downs palm. But that's as much as I'll say about it. You can find it explained on video in "Palms of Steel 2, Fists of Fury"

The material on that dvd is really hard but fun to work on.

Kainoa teaches it in "Repeat Coins From Nostril". It's not that hard once you do it for a day or two. It's just not used much because it's relatively new.

It's also taught in his book "Coins On Edge". I can't think of anywhere else.

yea, I was searching at kainoa's website and I found a few of his books that almost all teach it. I am hoping to et new york coin seminar 6 (maybe its 7, cant remember) and in each of those he teaches a version. I like Eric Jone's way of doing it but the teaching sucks and its only 30 seconds long with a 20 second long performance.

Okay, so he does show it but he doesn't really teach it. In fists of fury he teaches it rather well. That's where I learned it origionally. I think he does flying wombat in 6 or 7 so he should teach it pretty well when he teaches flying wombat.

Yea. I modified Eric Jones' JW grip to the Mutobe palm so I can do it pretty fast but I cant find what its actually supposed to look like. I cant tel if I'm actually doing it right.
