Just wondering is there a method out there for a spectator doing a book test. The performer circles a word in a book and wallah the spectator somehow get it right. A nail writer immediatly sprung to mind but of cource not every word in the English (or any other) language would likely be on the selected page. I figued this might work well as a memory affect. I perform a book test first, claiming to be able to speed read and memorise the entire book. I could then do a book test on them getting whatever word they pick right then give them back there book and pretend to be able to confir this ability of mine onto them.

You could use a dictionary and a nail writer. You keep it closed and as you flip through it to fin their word, you circle it. It might take a bit of work but it's an idea.
