Then, practice some more.........

Then, when you have finished practicing..........

Practice again.

Remember, and amateur practices until he gets it right. A pro practices until he can't get it wrong.

Basically, you just have to practice. Clubs are harder to do. Don't expect to get them very quickly. Because there is an added difficulty in juggling them. And that is that you have to have just the right flip to them. So just practice.

Many beginner club jugglers catch and throw them with the ball or nub, or whatever you want to call it that's at the end. They spin much better if you hold them closer to the top of the grip. And then...practice!

i have "do you want to learn how to juggle" and he tells you to use two balls and one club. once you have this down, move to 1 ball two clubs....and same thing with 5 just add one club, and take out one ball

It took me quite a bit to transition from balls to clubs. i didnt think about 2 balls/1 club or 2 clubs/ 1 ball. I transitioned cold turkey and it took me a while but it is so worth it.

Do you have to juggle rings before you can juggle clubs

Of course not. Besides, they're two distinctly different techniques. You don't have to "flip" a ring.
