Hey guys last night I was walking around my school during a sporting event and I notice a kid wearing a leather band watch. So I did the old "This card goes in this hand and and this one in this hand and when we shake them like this they will switch. Oh no it didn't work." I nabed the watch and it just makes you so high on life. I was so excited. Then I said " I'm sorry it didn't work so here is a little gift." The kid flipped. It was amazing.

haha sounds awesome, I was thinking of buying a DVD on it but it's kinda limited to people you know really well, getting caught wouldn't go down well with somebody you hardly know I'd imagine

Not if you play it off well. If you get caught and just say something to the effect of " Well this magic job does not pay like it use to." or "I need some way to pay the bills." You should be fine. You should also practice practice practice like I did. I bought the dvd last summer and just did my first watch steal this month. That is how much I practiced.

There's a guy up the street from me who got me started in magic who, when he gets caught, will say something like," Oh, sorry. I just wanted to see the time." 8)

That line actually makes sense. I'm gonna have to start trying to steal watches. I have a DVD that teaches how, I just never bothered to learn it.

BTW the best dvd that I have found for watch stealing would have to be byrd's and coat's Encycolpidea of pickpocketing vol. 1
