I believe that is the Johnson coin. Penguin sells it. You can just search "Chinese coin" in the penguin search box and you will get a large variety of them.

Penguin does not carry Johnson products. The Royal Magic Chinese coin is nice but the Expanded Shell is hideous. I can't speak for the Tango coins.

Here is Johnson's website if you want to buy direct. I don't know if the coins have been added to their new website yet. They are available at most other magic shops.

They're expensive because they are high quality. They ARE normal.

Nothing is listed on Johnson's website yet under regular Chinese coins. I found it rediculous that they are charging 15 bucks for the dime and penny.

Johnson Magic is QUALITY. Royal Magic is not. Pay $5 for the Royal, or spend extra and get something better.
