I own the cd and it is available via iTunes. No, the songs do not have words in them. A few of the songs have spoken voice that compliments to the background music, but none have fully blown lyrics. The music is great for juggling to, at least for contact juggling. I do not do normal juggling so I wouldn't know for sure, but it is great for contact juggling. It catches attention and has a manageable beat.

I find it great to juggle to. Some of the tracks are really energetic and work with juggling really well.

I have found that I juggle well to Penn and Tellers Liftoff/ Ripoff of love and Katamari on the rock.
