This man came to my school today and I'm wondering how he did some of his tricks some of the more impressive ones were:

he was blindfolded. Everyone (about 400 people) wrote a few pieces of info about themselves on an index card. We then passed them to the stage. During all of this time he was blindfolded. An assistant from the audience who is my friend- therefore I know he was not a helper- put the cards into a bowl. Robert then picked up a card at random, still blindfolded, pressed it to his head. Then he knew someone from the audience's name, what they wrote on their card. How do you do this? Any ideas would be nice.

The next trick he told everyone to hold up some bill at random. Again, my friend went to pick out a random bill. Robert was blindfolded. My friend brought the bill to him, Robert pressed it to his head and knew the denomination. Then he knew its serial number. How does he do this one? We were thinking camera up his sleeve, going to an offsite TV, then relay to an earpiece.

Don't need to reveal the tricks to me, maybe a link with where I can buy them.

thanks!
brendan

1) We can't tell you how he did things, that's exposure and against the rules.
2) I believe they are working on the same principle and to me its not that impressive to do both of these in a show.
3) You can learn them in 13 steps to mentalism by corinda, it should be on sale here in the "mentalism" section. Enjoy!
I realize you said to not reveal them to you, but you can't even ask for ideas on how he did things. That too is against the rules.

Sorry man I was in a hurry when I wrote this question. I was asking for a link to a trick I could buy that is similar to what this magician did; I was not intending to ask for exposure even though it definitely sounded like I was.
Thanks for the suggestion of where to look.

Brendan
