This is a pretty catchy song, listen!

Never really heard this kind of music before, its cool and different. 1 minute 6 seconds is when it gets cool.

ok:

beatles, blink 182, bob sinclar, cloud room, coldplay, counting crows, cranberries, daft punk (if you even vaugely like electonic music, get the album "alive 2007" - it is one of my favourite albums ever!), the feeling, the frattellis, gomez (imo, the only good album is "how we operate"), justice, little birdy, MGMT, powderfinger, radiohead, ramones, chili peppers, sneaky sound system, thom yorke, U2, willie nelson, yellowcard

theres more but i spose those are some of my favourites...(not in order of preference)

alot of it is softer stuff, like indie rock, but theres a bit of harder and/or punk rock in there, and also some electronica, dance and other genres.

Yeah, looks like me and you do kinda have the same taste. I love The Fratellis, Radiohead, and the Chilli Peppers. I pretty much agree with everything you listed, but some names I haven't heard of.

Even though I'm not into hip hop, Lupe Fiasco is pretty cool, and we don't get ANTHING at our school, so I'm jealous.

This is what I got for now...I'm pretty open about music and can find something I like in almost every genre, but I can't stand typical emo music(ie: My Chemical Romance) and I hate Country too.
this is just what I can think of but ifg I'm reminded of something else, I'll probably add it.

-Red Hot Chili Peppers
-Metallica
-Disturbed
-Nirvana
-Flyleaf
-Oingo Boingo
-The Dead Milkmen
-rage Against the Machine
-Daft Punk
-System of a Down
-Michael Jackson
-"Weird Al" Yankovic (just kind of an old fan, but I love his new stuff too)
-Billy Joel
-Beastie Boys
-Tenacious D
-The Offspring

I've been listening to Metallica and Red hot Chili Peppers a lot lately.

It's about a year old video, but I just saw this a few weeks ago. Arguably, one of the greatest founders of Punk, now look like this

The band that used to throw up on old ladies, , are now old men themselves. That are very fat.

But still an kick [edited] song, and a epic band. Maybe they don't have the look anymore, but I thought it was a very good performance. Well they've cleaned up their behavior from the last 30+ years. A LOT.

Can anyone suggest a good song or songs by Soundgarden?

And some good songs by Megadeth?

Really cool band there, and

Very Beatles-like, but still modern.
