I am doing a talent show. I am going to do snowstrom in china. I was also thinking about doing airborne for when you fill up the glass with water. The thing is, i will be surrounded on all sides. Will this be a problem? If it is, can you suggest a different routine or trick to do?

Snowstorm could be done surrounded if you can block at certain points with your body and the fan . What routine are you using ?

Airborne Glass is no problem surrounded .


Open with Airborne , pouring water into the glass .

Then do the tearing of the paper , soak the pieces in the water poured from the glass . Then fan the soaked pieces of paper and the Snowstorm appears.

Nice 3 minute routine .

I am thinkingn of doing the ultimate one for any bottle. It is the cheapest. I heard that you can't be surrounded from behind with this one.

For Airborne ? I guess I don't know the version you're talking about
(Ultimate for any bottle) ......maybe we're not talking about the same thing ? Usually in the Airborne Glass the gimmick is covered by the liquid being poured , so it would be covered on all sides .

Sounds like you are considering buying the Ultimate Airborne , but you don't have it yet (?) . When's the talent contest ? How long do you have to rehearse it ? Take that into consideration . As for whether or not the version you are thinking about getting can be done completely surrounded you should ask the magic dealer you are going to buy it from . Tell them you specifically need it to be performed surrounded .
They can tell you if that is or is not possible with the particular prop you are thinking of purchasing .

(Btw, when I asked you "what routine are you using ? " I meant for the Snowstorm . )

Not at all. That can easily be a 5-7 minute act; which is all that you really want to do in a talent show.

As said above though, you have some good effects. They should work. The biggest piece of advice that I can give you is that do not take the effects for granted. Give them the practice that they need, and you will do great.
