I have a quick question about buying a few of Bicycles Blue/Blue double backed cards. I don't have a local Magic Shop to buy some from, and every website I've been to doesn't have any in stock. I even emailed Penguin and asked if they had any, but unfortunately no.

Can anyone please direct me to a place where I can buy either a couple singles or even a complete deck? Thank you in advance to whomever is able to help me out.

Did Google not give you any results for "double back bicycle" or "double back trick deck"?

As a matter of fact, yes, I did. But a majority of every site I visited either had Red/Red or Red/Blue, or nothing in stock at all.

I can tell that I should just stop asking people here for suggestions to other sites that have a better selection, because it always comes back to, "Well did you ever try Google, Yahoo, (random search engine) etc."

So thanks for helping me see clearly that this is not the place to ask for advice.

Penguin has a trick deck which is like half double-backed-blues, although I don't think I can mention which as to not expose the trick to anyone reading the forums...

Rozzer, I was well within my right to ask you if you used Google, for the simple reason that it wasn't clear that you had tried it as an option. I mean, I used Google and found at least four sites offering the product, and it appears to be in stock. And I think I just found a bunch more by changing my search terms.

As a point of note, I would never use "have you tried Google?" as a blanket response, without testing whether or not you could actually find the information through Google.

they said that Bicycle is about to stop printing jumbo decks and gaffed decks..so get what you can, while you can..

Noooooooo! Why in the world would they do that to us? And what are we going to use if they stop? Nothing compares to Bicycle quality except Bee, but everyone knows the limitation there.
I suppose one might argue that without any more gaff decks (at least, none that a professional would use), we will be forced to use only regular decks, and therefore improve our sleight of hand for a betterment of the art of magic. However, I think that we all realize that there are just some effects that lose their strength when done without gaffs / gimmicks (Scotch and Soda, Invisible Deck, Brainwave, In A Flash, Vanishing Handkerchief, etc.), and that is true for many card effects.

Has anybody mentioned exactly WHEN USPCC is stopping said printing?

lol, it's not that hard to make perfect quality home gaffs... :/

Especially an Invisable deck, stripper deck and a few others.

Invisible decks are easy... perfect strippers not so much, but he said gaffs not trick decks.
