Hey guys.
I once bought the "Silk Vanish" trick from Magic Masters in Las Vegas and it comes with a TT which fits my thumb and my skin tone perfectly. However, I only want to buy the TT that came with the effect. Anyone here knows what brand this TT is?

It's hard to say, because it was probably a more generic brand of TT.

Thank you adjones. Does anyone have the same TT and own a similar one? What about the Vernet Junior one (I am a teenager with fairly small hands)? Is it the same color as the skin tone of an average white man? Could anyone please send me a pic of a Vernet Junior TT?

Vernet makes a great TT and FT. I would just go with one of theirs.

I will never use another brand. I'm hooked on the Vernet tips.

Thank you all for the quick replies. I had arleady heard about the Vernet TTs and FTs, but since all of you use them, I will go for Vernet. One last thing: when you buy a Vernet Junior TT, is it hard or soft? I am concerned with this as I prefer hard. By the way, if anyone has a picture of a Vernet Junior TT, I would like to see it since the one they show on Penguin isn't very clear. Thanks again!

It should say if its soft. If it doesnt say Soft, then it is a hard TT.

I would buy a junior and a regular size. I was at Tannens trying on tips and the Vernet Jr fit like a dream but the man behind the counter reminded me that I also needed to put something in there so I went a step higher.

Thank you very much Dylan. But, can you at least fit a silk in the Vernet Jr ? My hands are really tiny and I have a few tips that are way too big for my thumb. Also, I was planning on ordering a few (maybe five) so I wouldn't have to order again. Should I buy more Vernet Juniors or Vernet Regulars?

Can you palm a card well enough so your fingers hide it?

Oh and TT are not something you heed to replace often. I have had mine for a couple years.

The corners of the card show a little bit on both sides of my hand when I palm it. Oh and I know TTs last a long while but a want many so I can do tricks with fire with one because I know it will wear out quickly and have extra tips in case I lose one...Anyway, which type should I get?

Oh and by the way that TT I had bought in Las Vegas, when I bought it I thought it was too long (even though now I know it was a normal length for a TT) so I cut it to the knuckle and now I can still load silks and stuff but there are small vertical cracks at the opening of the tip. Are these cracks going to get longer eventually or are they going to stay as they are? For the moment, I can still use the tip but I hope I will be able to use it for a while...Did anyone here ever have cracks on their tip and if so, do they get bigger?

Well I would say to get only one Jr. one. There is a way to form fit a TT, Pm me about it.

They possibly could due to use and wear.

Might consider sealing it with super glue or something.
