Today we took our daughter to a photoshoot since her magic photos needed to be updated. This is especially important if you are a youth magician as you can change a lot from year-to-year. Our daughter had her photos taken just last year, but already they needed to be taken again.

I thought this was really cool though. The photographer (a friend of ours) took all her shots on a green screen. This way she could choose any background for her photos and not be limited! How cool is that? I have no idea how many pics he took today, but he took a lot! He said he would choose his favorites and put them on different backgrounds and then we could choose our favorites. He said then if we liked a certain pose-- or a different background-- he could just swap them out.

I just thought this really opened up a whole lot of options for a magician, especially when doing business cards, websites, promo pics, etc. Next time you are having your photos taken be sure to ask about this option.

I absolutely can not wait to see the end results. I am so excited!

Thanks for the idea Kirsten, as I noted in another topic after I come back from my holiday im going to get photos taken for my new website and possibly a set of business card (another set). Thanks for the idea greatly appreciated.
