I am currently downloading music by these artists:
30 Seconds to Mars
White Zombie
Godsmack
Circle of Dust
Job for a Cowboy
Marlyn Manson
Testament
Linkin Park
Drowning Pool
Kill Miss Pretty
The [edited]
Collective Soul
Meshuggah
Tool
Rammstein

People keep telling me "You ought to check out this band, or that band" So I started to write them down, and so far, that's what the list basically looks like (except for a few I couldn't find info about.)

They aren't really an accurate representation of my taste in music, as I haven't listened to them a lot...or at all.

I'll tell you which ones I like once they finish downloading, and once I've had a chance to listen to them...would you guys recommend any of them?

Dude, Circle of Dust ROCKS. Linkin Park of course is GODLY, and Tool is pretty good too.

I've only heard one song by Circle of Dust, I like it. I've heard the two songs by Linkin Park that were made for the Transformers movies, and I like them. And I heard one song by Tool today and I liked it...thanks for the input.

ughhhh, there should be something in the forum rules about posting while intoxicated. Sober up and listen to "Only Mama Knows" by Paul McCartney. That is the gratest song ever.

I'm currently sitting at the airport waiting on my flight to San Diego to go to one of those band's concerts. Can you guess which one? Here's a clue, they are right on Target this year.
