What's the recommended book after Bobo's Modern Coin Magic? Like getting Expert Card Technique after the Royal Road?

I've heard great things about David Roth's Coin Magic Made Easy series and Richard Kaufman's Coin Magic.

Right after Bobo's, I would say that Kaufman's coinmagic isn't really the way to go. A lot of it is pretty advanced and difficult to do. It's a great book but if you are just beginning coin magic, nich so gut ;)

Is Kaufman's really full of that much advanced stuff? I know Roth's Expert Coin Magic book is more difficult, but don't remember that from Kaufman. Really, after Bobo's, there isn't a Go To book. I'm stumped. Really, I'd recommend the Roth videos next. Just know that you'll have to adjust the handlings to make them work for walk around. Not to mention that he's using a borrowed handkerchief for some of the work. You need to find logic for you carrying the silk. It doesn't fit a lot of people's style. Also, he laps things quite a bit. You can't do that in many modern performing areas.

I got to see David Roth lecture this past month and it was GREAT! You will be astonished by how fooled you get with his immaculate lapping and misdirection skills. I've been lapping a lot more recently and love it

I highly recommend Roth's "Expert Coin Magic" book and his video's...actually, anything with his name attached.

The "Man upstairs" gave me a large lap and I use it alot.... A few months ago I started experimenting with lapping in full view sometimes when there is only one spec... Too funny, haven't been busted yet... Started by accident when I dropped a coin accidently and spec didn't see it, decided to get "gutsy" and see how it worked when I meant to do it. With the right re-direction it's outstanding!!! Take care all...
