Do you mean it activates prematurely? Then don't place the slide in as far.

it is not that it sets off prematurely but it does not set off at all and i am pushing really hard on the bottem like they said.

the hair trigger works

Go slow and just as you get the flap ready to snap closed push on the outer most corner twords the other end. Do this with your thumb on the edge of the flap and as you are closeing it. I hope that this helps as I had the same trouble with this as you, just keep at it and you will get it.

Try pushing the slide further in about a hair.

I actually prefer the hair trigger position then I can just flick it with my index and it instantly changes into their selected card which gets an amazing reaction.
