So I have been working on card manipuation for a little while now and I don't seem to be progressing all that quickly. I know this stuff isn't easy, but recently I noticed that literally everyone I see doing manipulation routines are using BEE cards (I think). I have been trying to use an old throwaway deck of bikes. Is there a reason not many people are using bikes? Would it be better to get a deck of BEEs Or does it really matter that much? I'm learning from Eddy Ray's DVD set and he never recommends any particular kind of cards over others.

The all over back design in the biggest thing. At one point they were also printed on thinner card stock, though I don't think they are anymore. They were thinner and would spring back a little more.

I use bicycles and they seem to work fine as they get broken in. I bought a deck of Vernet manipulation cards but I like working with the bikes better. I tried Bees but I didn't notice a big difference.

"Special" manipulation cards and Bee cards back's have no white border (unlike Bikes), and that makes them more "camoflaged" while BP.
