Exodus is right, but I personally have a bias towards tango. They're extremely cheap for the quality they put out. I pro perform with Tango products. So with most coin magic I say go Tango, of course Johnson and the other ones are better, but for most performers Tango will exceed expectations for their price.
Dime and Penny however are so small that it shouldn't matter, and Ex is right you'll lose them so you don't want to spend too much on them, of course I lose my scotch and soda too.....
As for setup they're both the same. Doesn't matter in that aspect, although I recommend using a medicine bottle to reset the coins.
Instructions that come with these coins, and most coins, are for instruction sake. Just learn the method then make your own routines. Basically each routine is the exact same, just completely different presentations.
So go for Royal, but Tango is probably better quality.
