Depends on your personal style and the settings for your performance. Card to Wallet is certainly the most practical for impromptu performances but if you have some setup time your choices are limited only to your venue and imagination. Card to fruit, Card to Ceiling, Card Through Window, ect.
There has been some good work on torn corners, also impossible teleportations(example Asher's Witness) are an option.

Well for me I do a card on lock. And if I'm feeling really froggy I do card to spectators wallet.
