One person had said "Homosexuality is wrong" and someone responded "How is it wrong?"

...why do posts get deleted simply for starting a discussion? Are you that paranoid that it will start a "flame war" ... really? Pretty sure we're all mature enough to handle that kind of talk without being disrespectful...

Not about whether something is right or wrong.. ie homosexuality or war. Talk about how they make you feel and which ones you really liked, etc. Not to start a whole different discussion.

And No, you're wrong. Most of the people here are far from mature.
And stating "homosexuality is wrong" is a statement, not something thats good for starting a discussion. Least not on here.

There are so many great pictures in this thread! For me though, it's mostly music that I find inspiring or powerful. Don't know why. Maybe I just listen to music more often than I see pictures.

I love to get perspectives from people who were actually in the fray, and I agree completely. There is nothing to be more proud of than doing something that you may not want to with the chances of being killed or even killing, look on that, and knowing you did the right thing because of your beliefs. It may be you, not everyone leaves the military with pride, but I'm glad you did.
