Okay, so It is a wamd with two white ends. One end falls out of the black body of the tube (wand). When you start screwing it back in the other side comes out as a comedy gag. I would like to get it for kids shows. Does anyone know what it is called??

This might be what you are looking for "Flipple Tipple Wand", but I can not find it on Penguin now. I have one but the end doesn't come all the way off on this wand. I found it on Hank Lee's web site.
