His name was actually Ronaldinho, which is another famous soccer player. I think both of them are Brazilian, could be wrong though. I do remember him. He contributed well to the forums. I think he's still at the cafe though.

Give me a break.

I told DavidTheCryptic to stop being so negative.(edited)

How about you guys battle out your differences via PM instead of dragging on topics and making them go off topic? Who cares if you don't think what you did was incorrect? If Paddy had reason to delete it, then you should probably not have posted it. I'm betting, given your nature of posting in the past, that it was a personal attack on DavidTheCryptic. Which are against the forum rules. Now, you may take this post and turn it against me saying that I'm performing a personal attack on you. Which is not the case, I'm just stating that you've got a repeated history of singling out people, and it's against the forum rules. It's under the section "Flaming, Bashing and Trolling".
In case you need it, here are the rules:
http://www.penguinmagic.com/discuss/viewtopic.php?t=65387
Now please, keep it on topic and take the differences that you and Paddy have to PMs.

Bucky, ElC and I don't have "differences." I delete his posts that are against the rules and insulting because he does have some good ideas. I don't want to ban him, which is the only other alternative. I just want him to get his act together. His attitude may be acceptable in Germany but this is an international forum.

Granted... but his posts that ask you why you deleted his previous posts are non-contributing. He should ask you about it via PM if he really wants to know. Not to drag each topic way off course.

My point exactly.
Does bliztmagic count as an old user? He's been gone for a while. Though I did see him post a while back. How about Jak? He's been somewhat dormant for a while too. Though he does occasionally post as well. And Zanthor, that guy was loads of fun

Blizt and Jak were both cool cats. And B_Magic! His arsenal was such a cool concept when it first came around, he tipped some good tricks in that thread. magicmandan and Be_Man come to mind as well, both always posted good reviews. Smar99 is also another guy I remember.

I remember 'em, but I don't honestly remember what their posts were like, just their names.

I could accept this explanation, if it were true all around.

My previous (and deleted) question as to why the DavidTheCryptic insults people and doesn't get deleted? Yet I criticize his disrespectful post and my criticism is deleted.

This has nothing to do with me living in Germany. This is the Freedom of Information Act, I just want the info regarding your double standards.

And, back on topic, I miss Syntax5.

Who did I insult on this topic? My comments about SM are true, so I wouldnt call them insults... he brought them on himself for his behavior (attacks, spamming, and taking topics off subject, to name a few) and got him self banned, and shouldnt bother creating a new account to post under.

------------

I keep in touch with Bravesaint on FB, but I havent seen him post on here in a while... then again Im not surprised, since he has been fairly busy. Same with exodus.
Sluggo was a great poster too, he got fed up with the place and left. Too bad.

Oh yeah, Bravesaint. I remember Sluggo and Exodus too.

Yeah, I think a decent amount left during the Dark Ages (when the bots took over), those were some really bad times for Penguin...
