but have not received a confirmation e-mail.
the order has been successful?
I get the mail because the package is shipped or should have already arrived?

I haven't placed an order in a while but, last I checked, Penguin doesn't always send out a confirmation email.

You can always check your My Account; the status should change to "Pending" within 2-3 working days. If it doesn't, send Customer Service an email.

As Lawboy said, our confirmation emails are sometimes erratic.

However, you can *always* look at your "View Account" page at past and current orders. If it did ship, you'll almost always see tracking information so you can cheer your parcel on from city to city, all the way to your door
