Can Powerword: Fall? be used to put out a candle? If not, any suggestions?

You are in control of that illusion. It just depends on how you rig it. I am referring to Corinda's "Spirit Candles" p. 283. These take a lot of work to make practical however.

Power Word fall can actually be used to do that but it is very difficult to do, and you need a slightly longer wick. I would not recommend it though. I have another effect that may come out in the next year or two that is a candle extinguisher effect. Best wishes, Matt Sconce
