Out of curiosity, who created the move (and where is it published) where a card is lost in the center, a rubber band is wrapped around the deck and then your hand, and upon a snap, the card flings around with the rubber band onto the back of your hand?

Not sure of the creator but I believe it's one of the effects on the DVD "Rubber Band Magic" by Greg Moreland....I'll take a quick look and see if it's credited....I believe it's actually quite old tho.....

Just took a look....Moreland calls his version "The Great Escape"....chosen card is inserted into deck, deck is cut then shuffled, rubber band around deck, hand inserted under rubber band on top of deck, hand opens to drop the deck and the chosen card "appears" on top of the hand......no crediting, that's as close as I can get...sorry

This is not exactly the same, but "pixel" from the dan and dave site has an effect like this. very good.
