I have just recently started doing magic legitimately (by legitimately, I mean in the business sense: keeping records of all my shows, expenses, revenue, and any new assets either purchased through the business or invested by me), and I have noticed that in terms of making projections about expected earnings and such, it would be much easier if I wrote up shows for different ages, group sizes, and venues. In the past I have not done this, I've used many of the same effects, but I would more or less custom build the show for every booking. This is just no longer feasible. The first show I am writing up is a kid show for more than 40 kids (it's the most commonly booked one for me so it just made sense), but I'm having trouble with deciding which routine to finish with. I always do the vanishing bandanna and Losander's levitating table as my last two effects, but I have been more or less alternating back and forth and not been able to decide which is better suited to be the closer. Kids really love both and I haven't been able to decide on my own. What do the kind folks at Penguin think, and why?

The Vanishing Bandana seems like more of a "closer" effect. Just seems to put you in that applause position.
