Hi Guys my name is Peter I am new to these forums so forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong section or anything similar.

I was wondering if this is a good table for busking. I personally like it but seeing pictures and performances of other buskers and tables I just want to know if this still has a "proffesional" look ect

*My Mom picked it up for me at a garage sale for $20

I can adjust the height up to 60" so I think its nice.
The surface is also about the size of a standard close up mat(18x28)

Once again im wondering if this is something that would be ok to setup on the streets and perform.

edit: btw I am 16 years old

I think it's a lot of money for a 16 year old to spend when he can do much better for far less.

60" is ridiculously high. Anything higher than waist high (32" to 35")where you can rest your hands comfortably on the top is too high. Gazzo likes his even lower, thinking that if the kids can't see the show, the parents won't stick around long enough to pay him.

A traditional street table of a waiter's tray stand ($40 online, cheaper if you know someone who works in a restaurant), some plywood, padding and a cover will set you back well under $100 and leave you almost enough cash to buy a decent set of cups.

This table cost me under $50

I have a similar set up to the one above. It's just a TV table with a close up pad on top.

and it is adjustable as low as 38"


I am wondering if it is presentable on the streets.

At that price, you can make it work. 38" might still be a little bit tall, but you won't know until you start using it.

YES, absolutely it would be OK but like Dave says, you will have to try it out and see if it works for you. Looks like you could even do a "Swords thu Table" effect.

i purchased this one http://www.theambitiouscard.com/aitem.cfm?itemid=11 which is very strong and good, i believe you can make them for much cheaper, but i also found the stand online for 10 USD
