they both look cool but i hear the refills for slr are extremely crappy and the rubber bands dont last long. Link by nabil murday i hear is a weird way to link them and some people werent able to preform the methods... help?

Link is fantastic to learn the "Reverse" crazy man's handcuffs as he has about 5 or 6 (can't remember, been so long since I watched the DVD) ways of re-linking them. However, if you're talking about the effect where you link the ring or another rubber band visibly to the rubber band, personally, I don't think its very practical and I will never do it.

SLR is great also, but you're right with the refills. to be honest, I make my own!!! and it works fine.

I love the traditional crazy man's handcuffs and in all honesty, I just do the classic effect!!! sometimes I will finish with SLR.
