I miss it here!

I'm not a teenager anymore; life is becoming more stressful. The last real show I did was on new years at a hookah lounge. Magic has mostly completely left my life since then, but I recently caught up with Penn and Teller's new ITV show "Fool Us", which triggered pangs of deep nostalgia. So, here I am. I'll try to spend more time here; I spent many hours on penguin during the time I spent refining my magic and beginning the process of performing professionally, but as I said - life calls. Magic will always be a great escape for me.

Don't really know exactly what I came here to say, but I'm sure plenty of you have experienced this many times in your life. The retrospection that magic triggers is very melancholy to me. I want very badly to spend an evening with paul harris, penn and teller...lance burton, lennart green...it's sad that I will probably never get to

Is it airing, or is it going to air in the U.S.?

It's only in the UK, but I watch them on Youtbube. There's one person that uploads all of the episodes in pretty good quality in only 3 parts. Just search "Penn and Teller Fool Us episode ___". Personally my favorite on the show so far was Piff the Magic Dragon and his sidekick Mr. Piffles.

One other thing...grrrr! This show is REALLY making me want to get back into magic!!!

I MISS the older days on here but i don't think it'll come back. Might have just been a lucky mix of being young and fun posters in off-topic. Now i'm 22 and i think everyone has grown out of here also.

I still come here every once in a while, but its always dead. And i don't even have the urge to post either.

The Bots really kept this place exciting.

But seriously, yeah, its so dead all the time! Used to be I'd log in and see a plethora of orange tags, and now...I'll maybe see one or two. What happened?
