Not sure if you actually meant to type "duds" but here in the States that means "no good".
As far as a list of great choices from Sankey that's a nice list.

I would add Revolutionary Coin Magic.

Definitely agree with EZ that rev coin magic 1 and 2 should be on the list.

Some of his best:

Front Row
Greatest Hits
Real Work On Restaurants
Hemispheres
Rev Coin Magic 1 & 2
22 Blows to the Head
Boris Pocus (I know some people don't like the character but some of the material is great)
Sankey/Sanders Sessions (Awesome dvd set. Don't think it's available anymore)
Secret Files

Single Tricks:

Holy Moly
Holy Stretch
Omnilope
Bigger Finish
In A Flash

There are more but these are the ones that spring to mind.

Great list, Cameron!

Sankey/Sanders is actually still available from us at Penguin, but I think we might be the only people who still have it. :)

Sankey does have some very good stuff. But Bending the Real is not one of them. It was the worst purchase I have ever made (magic or otherwise). Most of the "bends" were pretty lame, and his pranks do border on just mean. I don't really like sucker tricks, they seem to turn the audience against you, and this is full of them. And the filming technique used was childish at best. I actually wrote and asked him if my disk was damaged or was it on purpose. He said he wanted the whole experience to be "surreal". All the ridiculous coloring just made it hard to see what was going on. I've only made it through a little over half the disk. It didn't seem to be worth the time to watch it. Bummer.

i also thought the Insider was very good. But refill envelopes is a pain, probably why i don't perform it.

I do the clear zip lock bag handling with the coloured paper clip. SO don't have to seal it. works ok. But I do like to hand out the signed card in the sealed envelope. awesome.

u know what i do now. Use the "WOW" gimmick inside a sealed plastic bag. Pretty much the same if not better effect on laymen than insider anyway and the bag in no way affects the handling.

Sorry to bring back an old topic but I feel I need to say this. I have respect for Jay and a lot of his thinking but I think this changed that a bit.

I have NOT bought this DVD and don't have to at all. "Why" you ask? Because, simply put - almost this entire DVD is up for free on Youtube! All the secrets to most of the things on this DVD are up for free (no catch!).

No, I'm not talking about some tutorial video from some kid with a weird username, I'm talking about Jay Sankey himself. He posted the secrets to a lot of theses "bends" online for free.

Is that bad? No. It's free magic and he can do it because it's his DVD.

But I'm never getting this DVD because of these videos he posted on Youtube.

I still like his thinking though. :)

I watched this DVD at a friend's house, and asked him "you actually paid money for this?" about 10 times during the video...

I asked myself the same thing a few times too, I couldn't have watched it long enough to ask 10 times though :(

Then I wrote to Jay and let him know the video quality of the disc was almost unwatchable due to the childish film styles accidentally used during filming.

He wrote back assuring me filming technique was for an esoteric 'wow' factor. And it was done on purpose (I knew it was, just had to let him know it sucked).

Oh well. $35 for bad filming of childish pranks. No more Sankey pre-ordering for me.

Hate to say it but not a big Sankey fan. He has one or two good D.V.D's to me and thats it. He puts out things way to fast and talks way to much for me.
