rare of its breed haha.

Its not hard but it just piles on the issues when learning a new trick or flourish when the instructions are made for right handed people.

Any other lefty's ever felt the same way?

There is a man named Darwin Ortiz. He is considered to be the #1 card magician in the country. He is LEFT HANDED.

I'm right handed but play with some of Mike Gallo's stuff, he's a lefty....really only "a thing" the first couple of times through an effect while transferring his left to my right, then it's just practice...

Everything is just practice. "My hands are too small, I'm left handed, I have a speech impediment, my muscles are too big to contact juggle", all of these can be over come. It just takes work.

It's common practice for me to replace the words "'left/right' hand" in texts and I feel that has got me through. For complex flourishing I'd have to sometimes flip the video. ;)

Note; I write right but deck right unlike lefties. When I deck left, it is very difficult to pinky break/count but dexterous cuts with/in both hands are the same.

I love Darwin Ortiz' second video. I got an idea of he does it, but I would really like to study HIS method. That is a fantastic trick. Anybody have an idea where I can find that routine?

It's on his Scams and Fantasies Vol. 2 DVD.

I EXTREMELY enjoy watching Darwin perform which is why I will NEVER buy one of his DVD's. I don't want his style rubbing off on me.

I tend to be left handed although ambidextrous in some cases. So far I haven't had an issue learning when instruction are given as right handed.
Bill Malone is also left handed, there's plenty of Tube with him.
