Hey guys, i recently started performing scotch and soda, and i love it, i only have one problem though. Now i understand that using it twice in the same performance isnt likely to happen (but if you kno a way to do that feel free to toss it in ) but i have an issue with having it set up before a performance. i thought about just leaving it set up so to say in my coin purse, but im afraid for the safety of one of the more fragile looking parts, i need to keep this ready to go in my pocket so if you have any ideas on how i can do that while still keeping my coins safe, that would be fantastic. thanks

Breast pocket, secret pocket if you have one, coin clip. There are lots of options.

There are quite a few gimmickless versions of this effect, which would set you free from worry. Learn these different versions and you'll be well on your way to becoming a great student of our art.

Cut some thin cardboard into three squares and staple or tape together so that there are two separate pockets. Experiment with a loose/tight fit or if you desire to have the coins protruding out a bit for EZ removal.

A book of matches is good for this method

ummm, i dont know what difference a video would make, if you know how scotch and soda works, then you know how it is when you are prepared to perform the trick. i was just wondering if the half dollar would be able to withstand being bumped around in my pocket.

I've got a set I've carried on and off for about 25 yrs....in coin purses, in the watch pocket in jeans, just in a pocket, etc... No problem. I just keep a quarter between the two coins from the set...still works great.
