So, I'm thinking of adding some coin magic in my repertoire.
Instead of using euro's (I'm from the netherlands) i'm thinking of using pokerchips. Because of the vivid colors, i thought changes are clearer.. could be nice.

But.. what's better to practise with, euro's of pokerchips? i'm not planning on buying a coin yet as i'm not sure if coin magic will fit my style, but i do wish to be prepared for the real stuff if it does..

It all depends on what size your hands are; if your hands are relatively small then perhaps go for the poker chips, and if they are big go for the Euros. Other than that, it's just personal preference and finding out what your audience responds best to. After some trial performances, ask yourself: "do they prefer it when I perform with poker chips or Euros?" I would just experiment around, get familiar with either and then using the other will be easier :)
