I dont get it. Mybe I am missing somethnig here. If I am just let me know. Why would you spend all that time putting up this big list? I would spend more time on my effects.

More than anything it serves as a list of alternatives for types of effect (i.e. if you have an effect in mind, you can see all your options, rather than having to browse for them). While a list on its own has limited use, I'd be impressed if this was turned into a table of features, where you could quickly compare like products (like there exist for, say, alternative versions of software) to find which one suits you.

This is something I think would be perfect to turn into a wiki rather than a forum post: that way, everyone can contribute rather than having to go through a single channel.

You could consider expanding the "Torn and Restored Cards" section to include newspaper effects too.
