Hey there!

It totally depends on what you want to do with it. I really like Mojoe and I think it's a great trick, but it wouldn't be practical for all different kinds of environments.

What kind of situation are you hoping to perform it in?

It does take a bit of preparation, but it's perfect for those environments. If you don't mind a bit of prep, then it's hard for me to think of an effect that is harder hitting.

Riddle me this...When is a cup of coffee not what it seems? When it's an insert and no liquid is involved whatsoever. John Kennedy's stuff is so overpriced most magic wholesalers won't even stock it. I remember his great contribution to the card-thru-window premise...$250 for a couple of items you can buy from Walgreens for under a buck! Then there was his animated floating cigarette, $55 for a fifteen-cent item from a hobby shop. He has a garage full of a dog bowls he patented with a moat around them to keep ants out of the water...it didn't work and he can't give the silly things away. The one item of his that was fairly priced was his ultimate matrix at $10. It was a gaffed playing card that let you vanish a half dollar and make it appear somewhere else on the mat. It's an ancient principle but it does work very well.

It bothers me that this was totally a Paul Harris idea. for the same amount of money you should get the Art of Astonishment volume 2. It was actually abandoned by Paul Harris because it lacked a certain something. Kennedy's product doesn't even fix the problem.
