Wow, why did i never think until now there might be a magic forum!
So the first trick I ever really bought was a fire wallet. I used it for about a year until the material behind the fire started to crack and melt the wallet itself from just overall use. I bought it off of Ebay just to test it out, and i dont think it had a specific name. This is what it looks like though.

I recently went to a magic shop and got to look at about 4 of the higher quality wallets they said. They were all about 30-40 dollars and i felt they kinda... well sucked compared to the 17 dollar wallet i bought online.
What I'd like help with is finding a fire wallet that is just really good quality. Maybe real leather, can hold my cards and money and fool the people in front of me when i do the trick.
When looking online I get a very limited view of them, and im worried i may get one like I seen at this magic shop.
Anyways. Thank you for all the help in advanced. I cant wait to really dive into the forums!

Looks like this topic comes and goes, tons of info out there. Hate to say but everyone has a different opinion on it though.
So far the leads that keep poping up are

Kaps Jardonnet wallet
Theatre Magic wallet
Viking fire wallet.

Kaps is talked about the most by far, but i've also read alot of bad things about it. to be expected being so many of them out there though. The Theatre on the other hand is called the best in several reviews, and often compaired to the kaps and rated better.
Im starting to think the theatre is the better one, but can anyone confirm it?

Im not really looking for card to wallet or anything, just a wallet that will last and is well made... with an extra effect of fire!

If you don't find the answer you're looking for here try the Magic Café, there's a thousand percent more posters their with heads jam-packed full of magical knowledge on anything you can imagine. Also, don't forget the archives over there, this subject has probably been discussed to death.

I tried that site, it was the first that popped up on all the searches. BUT, every time i try to register i get

"Sorry, the email host address you entered is currently blocked."

I have two emails myself and both had the same result, tried my wife's two with the same thing. We even tried to make a new one. When that failed I emailed them and have yet to hear anything back. Granted I've never before tried to register and having such difficulty, on top of no one getting back to me my thoughts on the forum are somewhat low.

If anyone is able to resolve the issue though please let me know! I'd like to give feedback, interaction and do more that look through the windows so to speak. lol

Also i think I'll go with the theater magic wallet. Kinda sad from the lack of responses i got from PenguinMagic :(

I would go with the Theater wallet too unless you want the card-to-wallet feature of the Kaps.

Also check out AkiraFist YT channel and his wallet review in which he goes over the Kaps version;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O58ZQPGz8p8

As far as reg. with the cafe... It has been mentioned that one needs to sign up with an eddress that isn't a free service such as hotmail or yahoo.

I must say that's disappointing. I have no need what so ever for a paid Email provider, nor do i ever see a need for one. Besides, if I did I would go for @Live's as so many things are linked to it. Keeping my same Email address. If they make it so hard to join, and no one can take the time to email me back. I don't feel all that wanted. :(
