How long does it take for your stuff to come in the mail?

It tells you when you start buying and you have to select. Anyway I think its Free is 7-10 days, the rush is 2-3 and the Super-rush is 1 day.(or is that express, or fed-ex. WHATEVER! lol) ACtually 1 time My FREE order came in 2 days. But that was once.

Penguins shipping policies are somewhat inconsistent. My first order with free shipping came in 2 days. My second order took longer even though I opted to pay for shipping thinking I would get it sooner. My third order took several days. I'm still waiting on one item that wasn't included in my second order. I've heard of many other simular situations when it comes to Penguins shipping policies.

I've made three orders here and one was free shipping. Two of these arrived 2 days after I got the confirmation. The other had Snowstorm in it which was out of stock so I think it took like 5 days.

While I've only ordered one thing, I chose the free shipping and was a little disappointed in how long it took. The reason is that free shipping doesn't mean they'll send it via normal 1st class mail as I expected, but rather Media Mail, which is for books and DVDs (I have no idea if this is what they use if you are ordering non-book/dvd items). Media Mail is pretty much the bottom of the barrel when it comes to shipping. It's not even that much cheaper than normal mail, and takes much longer. I'd suggest forking over the $4 or whatever dollars for priority mail -- which is 2 to 3 days.
