Here's an idea - it's actually how my dad got pickpocketed in Paris! We were getting on a crowded subway car and everyone was squeezed in like sardeens(sp?). There was this one guy who was doubled over like he was looking for something on the floor. He kept shoving people around and out the door so people were always in the way of the doors closing and the train couldn't leave. Finally, he stands up, holds up a key to show everyone (what he had apparently been looking for), and gets off the train. Ten minutes later, after we had gotten off the train and were leaving the subway station, my dad checks his pocket and says to us "That man with the key was a pickpocket..."

He's a cold kick in the crotch. I was talking to a guy a while ago and he told me this story.

They were on a crowded train. He had on a suit that had zippered pockets. He always kept his wallet in his inside coat pocket. Now while this train was stopping, someone bumped him. He didn't think twice about it. When he got off the train, he checked for his wallet. The zipper was open. The wallet was gone with all of his cash. He checks the rest of his body and finds his wallet in his back pocket. There was no cash in it. Someone lifted his wallet from a zippered pocket. Took the money out and was nice enough to give the wallet, ID, Credit Cards and everything else back.

I've also heard of people who have there wallets returned when they have no cash in them.

could someone make a video of it happening even if you use someone who knows its gonna happen, jsut so i can see

i'm guessing some kind of reels or something like that, that could be loaded on them using "classical" pickpocket techniques, then "reeling" the desired object in. This would be easier, because loads tend to be easier than steals.

I think the only gimicks used for pickpocketing are the ones used for misdirection. Sometimes they use another trick to cover up the steal.

Street Pickpockets use fake arms that are4 carrying books or something similar.

One thing that is always easy is putting a coin in someones pocket and making it reappear. The gimmick I use is a hooked peice of metal. I stick it in a back pocket and it pulls the wallet out.

i got a little idea on the wallet lift, you bump nd grab like the first guy said but you only lift it with your right hand, when you're lifting simontaniously with your left hand put it on there shuolder when you're walking past them (quite fast so that when you lift you are overtakng them) and sort of looks at them like you dont know that you bumped them and say oh sorry! because that seems very natural to me!

this all sounds kind of hard???
