Well, I don't really consider myself professional, but I do some tricks for kids parties at my work, Mr. Gattis. I always do professor's nightmare, stealth pen, invisible deck (to the parents, usually), torched and restored (if i think they're old enough not to go home and try it), and ambitious card.

I redo my routines all the time to keep them from getting stale for regular customers.

Last week I did, Copper/Silver/Brass Transposition, then Cardtoon 1, then either 'The World's Thinnest Deck of Cards' or Close-up linking rings (depending on the makeup of the table).

Some of my main bread and butter ones are: Cannibal Cards, Ambitions Card, followed up by paper clipped, and cups and balls.
