As psted before we believe it is a rouge mod or the most plausible explanation would be that penguin had a server problem.

I think that for a day or so the entire penguin forum was hijacked by a website called SHOCK or something. Guy was a real pissant. Everytime i went to the penguin forum i was redirected to the hijacker's site. Apparently he has done this to other forums. Its a sad world when something like this happens,
